Brain Points Terms

Draft terms for the Brain Points loyalty programme.

What Brain Points are

Brain Points is a free loyalty programme for families with a parent account at The Medical Campaign. Points are a reward, not money: they have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred to another account.

Joining

You join by creating a parent account with the email address used for your bookings. You receive 500 welcome points when your account is created. One account per family.

Earning points on bookings

You earn 10 points for every US$1 paid for a Medical Week or an online class. Payments in AED earn the equivalent (the amount divided by 3.6725, times 10), rounded down. Card surcharges, fees, and any part of a booking paid with points do not earn points. Points are added after the last day of the Medical Week, or after the last session of an online class.

Past bookings

When you create your account, bookings completed in the previous 6 months are credited.

Feedback and referrals

You earn 100 points when you submit the feedback form after a Medical Week. Each account has a referral code and link. When a family books with your code and completes its first Medical Week, you earn 1,000 points. You cannot refer yourself or your own family.

Cancellations and refunds

If a booking is cancelled or refunded, the points earned on it are removed from your balance.

Value and use

1,000 points are worth US$5 or AED 18 off a future booking, when using points becomes available. Points can only be used as described by The Medical Campaign.

Expiry

If your account has no earning and no use of points for 6 months, your whole balance expires. We email you 30 days and 7 days before this happens.

Our rights

We may correct mistakes in your balance, remove points earned through misuse or fraud, and change or end the programme with reasonable notice. These terms sit alongside our general Terms & Conditions.
