Session 1: Blood

Session 3: Lymph
Students are introduced to the lymphatic system—how lymph, a colorless fluid, transports waste and supports immunity. They learn about lymph nodes, lymphocytes, antibodies, and immune defense. The session also explores lymphatic organs like the spleen and thymus, swollen glands during illness, and how the lymph system filters fats and fights infections.
Session 4: CSF
This session explores cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) as a protective and nourishing liquid around the brain and spine. Students learn how CSF cushions the brain, delivers nutrients, and removes waste.
Session 5: The Digestive System
This session uncovers how fluids like saliva, gastric juices, bile, and enzymes break down food. Students follow the digestive journey from the mouth to the stomach, liver, and intestines. They discover the roles of enzymes like amylase and pepsin, and the surprising power of stomach acid.
Session 6: Mucus and Tears
Students learn about two amazing body fluids—mucus and tears. They explore how mucus traps germs, moisturizes airways, and signals health through color changes. Tears, on the other hand, protect the eyes and are categorized into three types
